LONG TIME, NO WRITE!!! Sorry, everyone!!

Here's an updated schedule of where I'm working, to date:

Mondays and Wednesdays @ 6:25pm at Nampa Fit Studio (www.nampafitstudio.com)
Tuesdays @ 5:15 at Idaho Power (for employees only)
Fridays @ 5:30pm at Meridian Axiom


ALSO: I'm registered for a Zumba Toning certification on March 10th. After that training is complete, I'm going to be posting where you can find my Toning classes (more than likely at Nampa Fit Studio) once I get comfortable with the choreo. :)

In other news, I've started a Zumba Fitness for Faculty in the Boise School District. We meet for a 6 week session and it's been a great success so far! We've had one class already and about 15-18 people showed up! We're taking steps for a healthier lifestyle and it feels amazing! We can't serve the kids unless we serve ourselves first with good health and exercise.
